You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting CCBill Member Services. Failure to provide accurate contact information or failure to properly request a cancellation may result in your account being charged for the entire subscription amount. Recurring memberships will automatically renew unless notice is received prior to the renewal date.

ACCEPTABLE USE
The subscription you purchase is for your use only and entitles you to view the content of this web site on a single computer for the length of the subscription. The Service utilizes Digital Rights Management (DRM) and other technologies that prevent files from being traded illegally or used by more than one person at a time. If the Service detects that your account is being used by multiple parties, your account will be immediately suspended or terminated without refund. Password sharing and theft are strictly prohibited!

You agree to indemnify and hold MansImage.com, and its affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post to or transmit through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.

NO RESALE OF SERVICE
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.

TERMINATION
MansImage.com, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service if it believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the TOS. MansImage.com shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.
